30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Sirenka Handmade piece. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

We reserve the right to deny a return if the item does not meet these conditions.

Please note that defective or damaged item claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery. See below for details.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at Support@sirenkahandmade.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved you will receive return instructions.

  3. Securely package the item and ship it back following the provided instructions.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error such as receiving a wrong or defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you of approval or denial
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Defective or Wrong Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Support@sirenkahandmade.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will review your claim and arrange a refund if approved.

Please note that:

  • We do not offer exchanges
  • Damage resulting from normal wear, mishandling, improper care, or accidents after delivery is not eligible for refund or replacement
  • Color may vary slightly from photos due to lighting and screen settings.
