This Shipping Policy governs the processing, shipment, and delivery of orders placed through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Free Shipping
Sirenka Handmade offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order required and no shipping fees will be charged at checkout.
Order Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days following receipt of cleared payment. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to extend handling times during high-volume periods, promotional events, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Schedule
Shipments are dispatched Monday through Friday only.
We do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
Any delivery dates provided are estimates and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery within a specific timeframe.
Delivery Time & Carrier Delays
Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination, carrier, and shipping method selected. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost shipments, misrouted packages, or delivery errors caused by the carrier.
We are not liable for delays resulting from:
- Carrier service disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Customs processing (if applicable)
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
- Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for items pass to the customer upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the shipment, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly to file a claim if a package is marked as delivered but not received.
Upon request, we will provide reasonable assistance in submitting a carrier claim; however, we do not guarantee replacement or refund for packages confirmed delivered.
International Shipping
Sirenka Handmade ships worldwide via USPS Priority Mail International.
Shipping Rates: International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination country and package weight.
Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery timeframes vary by destination. As a general guide:
- Canada: 6–10 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–16 business days
- Asia & Pacific: 8–14 business days
- Latin America & Caribbean: 8–16 business days
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, local postal services, or other factors outside our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Sirenka Handmade has no control over customs fees and cannot predict or cover these costs.
Customs Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in the destination country.
Lost or Delayed International Packages: We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to customs processing or international carrier issues. We recommend contacting your local post office or customs office if your package appears delayed.
